You can thank a fellow member by clicking the "+" sign, which will give them an extra thanks point to their "thanks" area which is below their avatar.

Or if there is something you disagree with you can click the "-" sign, which will subtract from there "thanks" area below their avatar. Keep in mind, do not give a minus just for fun or spite..lol, nor a plus just because they are your buddy. Only if you agree or disagree with the subject matter that they had posted.
