Skin makes new cells twice as fast during sleep time as during waking hours. Further more, several studies have found that sleep deprived humans have lower level of a growth hormone the skin needs to repair environmental damage and produce new skin cells. When cell replacement falls behind, wrinkles and slackness results. Hence the importance of beauty sleep.

Yes you are right but getting facials is a must it helps keeping the pores clean and tight.

I need more beauty sleep. Facials I enjoy too, although I do not do them as often as I used too. This works great for acne as well in order to open pores. But, remember once the poers have been opened in order to receive necessary nutrients and loosening of dirt. They then need to be reclosed in order to seal in the moisture and close pores, thus having the pores to look smaller in size.

Have anyone tried bronzing powder? Does it make you look darker or does it give a a bronzed appearance please?

I have tried a bronzer and for me it did give me a glow as oppposed to darkening. But I think it does depend on what bronzer you get, as they can come in different shades. I don't know what brand I used , as it was a while back, but I think if you are trying to avoid a darker look, then maybe seeing if you can try a tester before you purchase, would be a good idea. The correct bronzer can definitely give the skin a beautiful glow.

Speaking of bronzers, it looks like Beyonce and Rihanna use them as well sometimes and it gives off this glow and enhance their features.

Definitely agree with that one !! And this is what I mean, the right bronzer can make the skin look really gorgeous.

I recall trying some of my mom's bronzer out of couriosity when I was visiting her a couple of years back. I was really pleasantly surprised and think she had hid it from me afterwards..lol. I can't recall the brand used though, but it had 2 types, a goldish color and a slightly darker more bronzed color and I loved both.

Wash your face twice daily. Skincare is a key factor in looking good without makeup. Spend what time and money you would spend applying and purchasing makeup on skincare. First and foremost, find a good facial wash that's suited to your skin type and use it twice a day—once in the morning and once at night.
Although it may be tempting to wash your face more than twice a day, this is not advisable. Over-washing can make your skin dry and irritable, causing it to look worse rather than better.
Develop a skin regimen for your face. Whatever regimen you choose, stick to it, and always follow through. Repeat the regimen in the morning and at night.
