Most of our work is done on computers, and there is usually no escape from it. It is a visually intensive task and, unfortunately, our work pressure and lifestyles do not give us the opportunity to be kind to our eyes.

Exercise both the eyelid and eye by moving your eyes around with your lids closed. Close your eyes completely. Look down as far as you can. Look up slowly.
Eat food that are rich in Vitamin A and apply an eye cream at night.

Eye care, eye is a lot of time in a day, and wash with cold water, as when you go out side wearing glasses and slice cucumbers and potatoes and placed on a slide eyes feel comfortable, and I Fair use will drop eyes. One private sector should discuss a regular interval to wash the eyes as well as wash. Spray them with cold water to your eyes such as papaya, eggs, milk, fish and plenty of green leafy vegetables that are rich in vitamins, diet food, including elder care, the magic of a good eye care Taking steps to drink lots of water, it's really a party, effective eye care, and if I put his eyes down Dirk circles and then put slices of cucumber and potato were treated.

I have really big eye bags that bothers me and lessen my self-esteem. What should i do to at least minimize the size? I don't want to undergo any operation as much as possible. Any tip, suggestion or advice will be thankfully taken.

It depends on what the underlying cause of the bags is, in the first place. If it is hereditary then there is not much that can be done unless you consider surgery.

You could try putting raw potato or cotton pads soaked in cold milk on the area and laying down for at least 10 minutes. Might not give dramatic results as you said your bags are big but it may help decrease some of the puffiness. Be gentle with the area in general to stop the bags getting worse, so no rubbing. Although they say that sleep may not be a factor making sure that you do get at least 7-8 hours rest and regular exercise all helps in not making things worse.

There is a vast array of products and potions that claim to reduce the condition and it may be a case of trying out some if the condition realy bothers you. However I do think that surgery is the only really effective solution especially if you have had them for some time

Thank you for the tips. I myself work infront of the computer almost everyday. A few days ago, I applied some refreshing eye drops because I felt something odd with my eyes. It seems that part of my eye lid is blocking my view but I am not sleepy or something. Good thing it disappeared now, I don't use eyeglasses to protect my eyes too but hope I could get one soon

Typical PC users spend quite a few hours of a day in front of an emitting monitor which may cause ample damage to the eye. During a visit to an optician recently, one of my best friends was advised an eye exercise by a specialist doctor for the eyes which he named as 20-20-20. This exercise is very much effective to get relief from the pressure that the eyes experience during long time use of computers.

The exercise actually refers to a step by step procedure that helps the eyes to neutralize the tension and maintains a good blood circulation over

Step 1: After looking into the PC screen every 20 minutes, turn your head to another direction and try to look at an object located at least twenty feet away. By doing this, your eye’s facial length will change which will help the tired eyes to relief some pressure.

Step 2: It is very much important to keep your eyes moisturized. In order to moisten your eyes, blink them for 20 times after every 20 minutes of continuous computer use.

Step 3: If possible, you should walk 20 steps after every 20 minutes of sitting on your chair in one particular posture. Doing this will help efficient blood circulation over your entire body.

Eyes are the mirror of your soul and they are priceless. So, take care of them properly and share these steps among your friends who you really care for.

I am also suffering from puffy eyes, and one of my friends bought me VII O2C All-Star Oxygen Eye Cream to have a try . It is useful. But don't know where to have one again. The one given by my friend is a sample one.

That was another great tips, stalina. But sometimes it is hard to keep your eye off the pc screen or walk away from it if you're too busy to have your work done. I'm still wondering if getting specs could really help.

Some eye care tips I personally doing everyday are wearing eyeglasses prescribed by my physician ensure that you rest your eyes at least every 30 minutes and look or stare on a green color object to refresh the vision, use proper lighting, install an anti-glare screen on your monitor and, if possible, paint bright white walls a darker color with a matte finish, cover the windows. When outside light cannot be reduced, consider using a computer hood, replace your old tube-style monitor (called a cathode ray tube or CRT) with a flat-panel liquid crystal display (LCD), like those on laptop computers.

While working on computer in your office, after regularly looking at the screen, look at some distant objects available in your office or outside. Then get back to your work, it will help you increase your focus on things.
Correct standing posture in front of your computer is very important as wrong standing posture may affect your body structure. Always place your wrist and feet in the correct position to provide them comfort.
Make sure that the lighting of the room in which you are working is suitable for your eyes as it may affect your retina which leads to weak eyesight or blindness. Never forget to maintain the color, contrast and brightness of your computer screen before working on it. It is also a special tip for people who make use of computer for a long time a day.
