Some will not apply the mq/ret a on together then wait thirty minutes to put on a moisturizing lotion just to be sure the lotion does not lessent the strength of the hq or mq, depending on which you use.

Mini Her,

With the mix you are using, blending it together first before application, is what I would do, as well.

I also like mixing thme in the palm of my hands right before applying in case of any increased chances of oxidation. If your to apply a moisturizer on afterwards, give your skin at least 30 minutes for it to absorb before applying moisturizer.

yes___I mean no wrote:that reminds me, you should order creams yearly and in the winter time, i find that when i order stuff in the summer the combination of heat and a small stuffy box is not the right conditions for most creams. i often find when my creams are delivered in the summer the tubes are hot to the touch

You make a good point. I remember ordering a custom formulation from F & F and it turning up in the middle of summer on the hottest day of the year, only to find that when I opened it, the instructions stated to be kept refrigerated. This is after being in all sorts of hot transportationin order to get to me in the UK. I always wondered if this had affected it's performance, which by the way on that occasion was pretty poor in view of the price. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
