well all clothing has a spf (sun protection factor) upf are clothing made with a higher spf. my advise, your gonna end up buying spf lotion anyway so just put some on under your clothes, the lotion + the clothing should suffice.

leather gloves should do, there protect you and look cool/ an assassin

as for an umbrella ela ela a a a, you might want to find one in two colors. black in the inside white on the outside.the purpose of this is that the white reflects the light and some uv rays but white is often somewhat transparent and will let some light in. the black on the inside will absorb the rest and keep you protective. but light bends and reflects so you still need to wear sunscreen

hmmm, put it this way, if you hold the object up to the sun and you cant see the sun it's spf is pretty good. if you can't see the sun through it that means it's blocking uv,heat, and light radiation from the sun, like the roof in your house.

think of it like the shade provided from the leaves on trees, everything has a natural spf even glass. yup glass it's really small though...really small

well i live in PA so theres no cities just small towns, driving is a must, everything is 10+ miles a way from everything else. plus theres no sidewalks just roads. some people ride a bicycle but that can take a while and your end up sweaty wherever your trying to go.

"The Holiday"

We had a programme that used to air called Holiday swap, where one person would move into the home of someone else and vice versa. It saved on hotel bills etc. and looked like it could be a nice way to see another country. Just could not imagine the thought of someone else sleeping in my bed. I know that when you stay in a hotel, it has been slept in many times over, but somehow my bed is my bed and I just don't like that idea.

I am sure you would love London. I think it is the most diverse place in the world. So many different nationalities and languages. There are very few places where you would feel uncomfortable. I cannot imagine living anywhere else.
