I have come across this site before and can't understand why they keep disappearing and then come back. I read some had success with their products in the past. What do you think?

Sites that appear and disappear at random should always be of concern beacuse even if the items worked or were not dangerous there wold be no consistency when it came to ordering and you may find that when you need it the product is not available. There is also no proper information on the products which is a red flag to me.

I know. These places take advantage of the fact that the lightening industry is big business and will try anything to get custom .
