What is your current regime? It sounds like you need to invest in a deep conditioning treatment and leave in product. Also think about regular hair trims in order to keep the hair in tip top condition and remove any damaged ends. Even how you have your hair while you sleep may help. Silk scarves or pillows all help to keep moisture in the hair. Supplements like Biotin or MSM can help with encouraging hair growth too.

Try adding a little bit of olive oil to your conditioner when you apply it on your hair. Leave it in for 10 minutes and rinse off. Your last rinse using cold water is also very good. It's cold but it's worth it. I rinse my hair everyday with the coldest water. Looks in moisture. Hope this works.

Hugs,

Zaida

You can also DIY a hair mask. Half of banana mashed and 1 tsp of olive oil. Leave it on for 10-15 than wash your hair with your regular shampoo.
