i think i may have finally found something that works for my acne. i have some acne scars from cyst-like acne on my jawline . they drive me crazy. i use to just keep exfoliating but we all know ( now i know) over exfoliation can cause issues of its own. i was putting HQ products on my face to try and remove the scars.. took a lil longer than id like to admit to figure out i have to treat the cause of the acne first . (duh right lol) No i have natural hair. i use a lot of oils....in just about everything ( seriously, pre-poo. co-wash, moisturizer i add oils to all of them ) because of this -the outline of my face and my shoulders are prone to acne. heres what i did


No more HQ on my face. ( personal opinion) its making my acne worse

i use a st ives scrub + lactic acid to wash my face
( when i dont have that handy i use coffee+sugar+hand sanitizer )<< also works great on body<<

neutrogena oil free moisturizer+ arbutin+kojic acid+ eucerin original + RA+ethyl alcohol.

ill keep you guys updated.


unrelated on my body im using a mixture of skinlight as my base+kojic acid +ra this mix is very thick because of the petroleum jelly in the skin light especially since its kept cold. i added a lil of the face mix to try an thin it out...didnt work cold petroleum jelly is just thick )


^^^ im going to take a break from this and just do a 15% LA lotion for a while

i keep both mixtures in the fridge because of the kojic acid
