One of my favorates I would say The Proposal. I like romance comedies.

Lol Maharani, I hope no one judge me but the best film I ever watched is (old boy) not to everyone's tastes, but if you have a strong stomach, is sure to impress.
There are no words to describe this korean movie. It is about a man who been kidnapped and put in a room for 15yrs with no contact to the outside world. When he gets out he try to find who did that to him and why but…

Chris are you referring to the new Nightmare on Elm Street? That's what I'm planning to see..lol.

Oh, scary films..I get scared too easily. But, when I do watch I tend to like the psychological horror type like The Grudge, Reincarnation, The Ring. But, I'm more of a action/sci-fi/fantasy fan. Also, I still love to watch old cartoons lol and I'm a big Beavis & Butthead/South Park fan, although their not theatre films I watch the dvds at home often so no need of embarressment!

What is "Old Boy", although I do have a weak stomache though...

Did you watch the original ring Japanese film (Ringu), Hollywood made a funny remake of this, it was lost in translation

The grudge the original Japanese film, for me this is the most scary film I ever watched, it is so creepy, after watching I couldn’t sleep in the dark for a long time.
Old boy it is about revenge, Korean film, the story is very tough to stomach, it is psychological, I think you will like it if you like that sot of films.

I love cartoons too, my favourites are the incredibles, lilo and stitch, and finding nemo.

I have the stomache for it, creepy films rule! I heard about Old Boy but haven't seen it yet.

lol...reason as of why I very rarely watch scary movies, I have a tendency to scream often, I only watch them during day light hours, I think it's been about a year or 2 since I last saw a scary film which came on tv. I have too many nightmares! But, usually of Japanese origin or Japanese influenced since they seem to be the scariest of films. I usually can't watch them completely, I usually have to pause them or turn the channel. I saw two at the theatre before only, and I usually have to walk out and take a break from it by standing in the hallway...so scary.

I haven't seen Ringu, but I have seen the original Grudge film and it was just so frightening, and yet the film is quite short. My favorite cartoon film will always be Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" since I was a kid, I'm still fascinated by it. The second Disney flick would be "Pocahontas", although several parts were altered from the true story.

I don't know about the new one.  I'm a child of the 80s and remember when the first series was at its peak, and it kinda hurts my heart to see it 'replaced' with a remake...but I'll see it anyway.  lol

fight club & Snatch, those are awesome movies

Some of my favorite flicks are action/sci-fi/fantasy. I recall going to see The Matrix trilogy and enjoyed the first 2, but the 3rd could have had a far better ending. Iria I love and used to practice my drawing skills from this anime.

fight club is about underground fight clubs created by two people living boring lives (brad pitt and edward norton), and there is a major twist at the end. fight club is in the suspense category. it's really good

snatch is a about the circulation of a giant diamond and all the hands it ends up in. Brad Pitt, Jason Statham,Benicio Del Toro and others

Well I love Japanese horror films but they can freak you the h*ll out. I love Ringu and Death Note( yes its a live-action version of the anime) Nana( not horror).

There is also The Happening, IT( shivers), The Fith Element, Interview with the Vampire, the original Nightmare on Elm street.


Now Pan's Labrynth is a beautiful film and I had the opening lullaby on my ipod lol. Then ~melie which is french but is funny and about a young woman and how she finds people and puts them together and whatnot lol.

Of course I have, Nikkita is like classic french right there lol. I hear the CW is doing a show based on it buti bet it'll be crap lol. I don't like the American version because Nikkita is too sympathetic and if you've seen the. Original you know she was not sorry lol
