Fact is ther fairer skin is nicer and many people like it more.

A good solution to keep the skin lighter is to get protected from sun, drink a lot of green tea and if possible buy a green tea cream.

Once a week it is recommended to make a pilling so you get rid of the skin upper layers faster.

If you make a green tea treatment your skin will look younger and lighter. Green tea has many benefits to the skin too.

I know all the detoxifying benefits of green tea though have to force myself to drink it because it is an acquired taste. Never thought of it as a lightener though

As green tea is very healthy has a lot of benefits to the skin too. If you make a pilling and make a green tea facial mask, which will help you heal the damaged skin after pilling, you can get good results. Of course it depends on the type of the skin.

For Asian, Arabic skin have a look [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
