Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions. Smile
I must say you seem very much on the up and up and the results your test subjects have had seem plausable, none of the "five shades in a week" stuff.

Divine Diva thanks for answering my question. I know that you mentioned that you are including specialist skin nourishing ingredients but I hope that the prices will be reasonable. Too high and it may put some off. I do wish you luck with your new venture and appreciate the time you have taken to answer all our questions

Will you be offering any discounts for those who buy a lot of product or maybe all inclusive kits?
Also could you give us a price range of the HQ creams? I'm sure you must have an idea of the price by now?

Website is up and running. I know you explained that the prices of the raw material meant that this would be reflected in the prices but wish it could have been a little cheaper especially as it is new to the public. Hopefully there will people willing to test and give feedback and maybe even photos but I will have to hold of for now as I have spent quite a bit recently. Still wishing you the best of luck. Oh and one last thing on your before and after section you mentioned that the lady using the peel had been also using the hydrogold for a couple of years to get to her brown colour. Is that a typo?

@Alizee Love: Unfortuneatly at this time we are not offering kits but discounts are offered.

@KIM:Thank you so much for the kind word.I am am anxiously awaiting feedback. I am very excited because I know it will help a lot of people. In the future we will provide more before and after photos (of those who provide consent). This should have actually been explained properly because their seems to be confusion. The customer had been using a different formulation of hydrogold for two and a half years. The most recent formulation (the one sold in the store) combined with the body peel gave significant results.

@Viola: I really apologize for the cost. That is the only shipping company that I trust. On top of that the cost of the raw materials alone are very high and the majority of the price especially with the discount is to cover costs. I know it is costly but due to the nature of what is being sold that was what I felt comfortable with.

I have to agree with Viola and Kim in that the prives are too high. Not to be meam but there is ont way I would pay $96.00 for a steroid cream whenI can get tohers for much less and use retA and it would STILL cost less.
I looked at your lotion called Divine Bright and Glo and I do not read any ingredients that would lighten or constitute a $102 price tag. I suppose the arburtin but what percentage is it?

I do not understand the $68 price for your lactic acid lotin whenI can buy a 17% glycolic lotion for a third of the price with shipping.
What percentage is the glycolic lotion in your Divine Body Lotion? I may but that one as it is only $30 but for 4 oz. I wold hope the gycolic lotion is high.

All in all I would like to try your products but the cost is too high for the percentage. Like with the Hydroquinone lotion Divine Even Skin Lotion it only contains 2% and while it does have a steroid to add a boost I do not think I would pay 71 dollars when I could buy a 10% from isis for about the same price or make my own 10% HQ cream for about 60+ and still make multiple batches.

I am not trying to bemean and I understand the prices of raw materials can be high but since you are a new site I think it would be best for your prices to be lower.

I know that you guys are not trying to be mean. You guys are entitled to your opinion because that is more than fair. You guys are consumers and you should do the best for yourselves.

I can only say that I have used my product I have testers that have used my product. All have gotten fantastic results in four weeks with great healthy lighter skin. We a company that does need to put 10% hydroquinone to achieve amazing results.

I completely understand that the price is high and it is not for everyone. In my opinion if you are using something cheaper that is working for you please by all means use it. I will do my best to give you product tips through youtube and my site to help you get the best results.

I'm not doubting your products do work but as a consumer I can not see myself spending that much when a 3% hq like nadinola is about five dollars. I do enjoy your videos and they are a lot of help, I hope you keep making them.
What is the percentage of steroid in the creams?

That's fair enough. Yes, I plan on continuing to make videos. I am glad to hear they are helping people! The percentage of steroids in the cream is a little less than 0.02% to give a reference most lightening creams with steroids put about 0.05%.

@Viola: Haha! Sounds like a plan dear. I will keep you updated on shipping. In the future we will try to find better options as I can see how that would be far too expensive for people.
@Alizee Love: Your response made me giggle. Thanks for the kind words!
@Lilikoi: Hey, we decided to sell the body peels in Ghana when we opened first and they sold out pretty quickly. We should have more available by the end of the month. Sorry for the inconvenience. I think for people just starting out in lightening I would go for Divine Bright lotion and a body peel. That would be if you want to go a 2-3 shades lighter and even out your skin. I think that Hydrogold is best for those who want to lighten very dramatically but I know that my results are not what everyone is aiming for and it lightens quickly as well. I guess it would really depend on how light you want to go.

Also you guys can email me at anytime for product tips or questions even if you aren't buying the product. I am also open to suggestions on youtube videos that people would like to see so let me know.

So if I'm lookig to lighten 4+ shades but don't want to break my bank account what would you suggest? I'm really thinking ofpurchasing from your store as you have good customer service skills and are up front with what's in your products.
