I noticed that Isis have gone onto The Bright Skin board and are advertising their products. I did not think they would need to be drumming up businesss considering they are constantly blocking potential customers. I am baffled but as I have never dealt with them, will just assume that they are just trying to share their "wonderful" products lol

This is what I have heard on a number of occasions and one of Isis' retorts is that they DON'T need people's business because they have so many other "obedient and non questioning" customers. so I am puzzled why they need to go around promoting. Might it be that their products are not as good as they are made out to be and people are either shopping else where or making their own formulations.

I have not dealt with them either but I had contemplated getting their iris lightening product. But then I read on another forum that members were getting better results just making their own up and it was costing a fraction of the price. This makes me so angry because it is the same with hq where realistically the price they are charging is way over the top. You could be right that people are waking up to them. Maybe Isis will start getting their act together with their products and their custom service

I honestly do not know what to make of this company. At first people seemd to get good results and I liked that they just let you know their products are HQ based and did not try and pass them off as 'natural' products but now I don't know. The price they charge for the HQ is idiotic, the $30 range would be more realistic since you can buy the ingredients for about $50 and make multiple 10% batches. Then the fact that some seem to not get the results you'd expect to from a 10% strength but that I suspect may be from some xpecting a five shade difference in a month or are not exfoliating along with the HQ.
I just don't know what to make of them.

Also where is this bright skin forum? I've heard of it before but can't find it. Anyone have a link?

It does seem odd that a company that claims NOT to need your business needs to be marketing their products on forums. The product should be selling itself with results even if their customer service is below par. I have always thought there was something iffy about that company and could not see where the prices could be justified. Maybe they banned too many people and have a back log of products to clear LOL.

I agree that their products should sell themselves. The skin lightening is a really close community so if something is working we pretty much all hear about it through the grape vine. I was also weary of them because it is illegal to sell a ten percent cream the way they do and am surprised they haven't been caught. Maybe that is why they ban potential buyers when they ask a lot of questions. Maybe the isis rep thinks it is a cop or soething. Also the first time I went there the site looked so cheap I was put off lol.

I'm starting to wonder why isis does not make their customers take a little questionaire before they purchase HQ saying they need it for medical purposes and have them buy a prescription like goldpharma does.

Man if they included a prescription that would just be another load of money to add to their insane prices. I think their priority should be to provide products that have been tested to work and proper customer support for queries and any issues. I mean why would a company that claims to be inundated with orders need to be doing futher promoting. Yes all business is good business but then it does not make sense as to why they would have restricted orders where the buyer asked a couple of questions which were not that hard to answer. Even if there were concerns that it was someone official I am sure there is a disclaimer they would have for that. I think most people have worked out that their products are not that great and are therefore not returning.

I would be so mad if I found out there products did not work at all. My only ray of hope is that Lilikoi aand Enticing have seen some results. I do think it is telling that Isis found the need to promote on that board. It could be even more telling that they have not done it on other boards where there are already people using it and not seeing much

I never thought of it that way. They already have an audience on certain boards so no need to promote there and it may be counter productive if they start advertising where people are not seeing the results that they hoped for. It might just create more controversy around their products. They are certainly looking for a new audience

This company was so rude and disrespectful. A few months ago tried ordering with them, and I emailed customer service about an issue I was having with their website, after a few emails the lady was rude and called me a "cunt" and said that she didn't need my money because they have so many cusotmers. the people who work for them are so nasty and I would never give them a dime even if it was the most potent skin lighteners on the market.

This reminds a lot of what people would about the customer service at fair and flawless. I have yet to contact them and now I'm scared to and thinking of just compounding.

once I called fair and flawless because i my package took forever to arrive. customer service would take down my name and phone number but never get back with me. eventually my package did arrive but i have a feeling that if it didn't they would do nothing to compensate me

There have a number of people with stories similar to yours. I would not mind bad customer service too much if the products were consistent and always did what they claim to do. When I first read about Isis from Enticing I was skeptical because the site looked a little cheap but then I had read poeple getting results. Since then this has changed and the results are very inconsistent.

No way, that is so out of order !!! I am glad that I have not bought anything from them because I would feel angry that they think they can get away with being so rude for absolutely no reason. I work in the service industry and even when customers are wrong I always treat them with the utmost respect. I would be disciplined or fired if I stepped out of line. Basically I have to accept that customers pay my wages. I do not tolerate anyone being rude to me but I do not believe sinking to their level would make me right either. There are ways of handling difficult situations. And I wouldn't mind but Isis have only been asked a couple of questions, not even had anyone being rude to them and then reacted in such a bad manner. It makes no sense at all.

That is shocking to say the least. I did not have the need to talk to Isis but now I wish I had asked them whether their product worked and then maybe they would have banned me and stopped me wasting my money. I am seriously looking into sourcing the raw ingredients and trying making it myself.

LoL Quiamontana that is one way to look at it. It is indeed a very strange set up to treat your potential market in such a manner and it could be that they are now seeing a slow down in business because of it. I am sure none of their banned customers are sad to hear that though. oh well it is a lesson to be learned

How truly awful!!!! What they fail to grasp is that there will be another company waiting around the corner who will be more than happy to accept your money. I am glad that you have adopted this stance and as it turns out you may have bought something that did not work anyway, by the sounds of it so they did you a favour really

Yes they shot themsleves in the foot

They may think that because they have 10% hq people will come back anyway but what they don't understand is that there are hundreds of other companies more then willing to take your money.
