It is not forbidden por the other .mais I believe that the members put one politic of ignorance for the others nationality. It is a good way to kick them out.

I do agree it is odd for you to make a public forum then ignore other people.

This is why I never had more then five posts on that other online board, there were five or six people who would always post and they'd only respond to eachother. Even if ou spoke in their chatbox, they would ignore you and sometimes edit and/or remove you post.

so you'v been there ?
in those five six members two are admin. they'r talking in in there particular expression of there original contry, so you can't talk like theme . nad this way they recognise the intrude.
