Hello guys, I'm 16 year old Asian. I want to get advice on my dark skin. It isn't very dark but it really sucks. I have uneven skin tone. My neck and upper leg portion is darkest then is my lower leg portion and then is my face. My chest is light. My ears and feet are lightest.

In my baby photos, I was white but now I am not. I think it is due to sun tan. I am using sugar for exfoliating my skin but I have seen only a little change but it didn't work as I thought. I just want to make my skin tone even. I didn't care of my skin since I was born.

I just want to know that can I even my skin tone or after using lighteners, can I get back to my natural skin tone.
