Whats up with skin lightening pills?

Are they any good? How well do they work? And what are the best ones?

I have always wondered if skin lighting pills worked myself.

They don't work don't waste your money.

If you mean by glutathione pills, then they are a scam. Even many doctors avoid prescribing oral glutathione to their patients since glutathione is broken down in the GI tract and very very minimal if any is actually absorbed in the blood. Theres really not a such thing as skin lightening pill.

Now, you can use supplements to help boost your lightening such as vitamin C (liquid cap or liquid is best) I use liquid vitamin C. Also, there is MSM (Sulfur), Niacinamide (vitamin B5), and glutathione's precursors such as L-cysteine -- preferably NAC, being one out the 3 amino acids that helps to build glutathione naturally in our body. There have been studies shown that vitamin C and NAC helps to build the body's glutathione naturally, as glutathione taken orally absorbs poorly.

I just started to take Vitamin C today. its 1,000 mg of vitamin C powder that you pour into a cup of water.

How much would one need to take a day to have a good effect?

Im new at this, but i would share my experience with Gluta pills, I've been taking them for over a month now and i don't see any improvements, I take it once a day 1200 mg Claire blanche Glutathione, a Vit C 1000mg and alpha lipoic 600mg, I don't see any changes so i think is just BS maybe the injections works. but as far as the pills i would recommend not wasting your money on it, well i suffer of back pain and i don't feel any horrible pain anymore, maybe the pills are helping with my bones other that [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] no whitening yet, ill keep you guys posted is any changes occur...

I thought about buying some pills from a company that advertised on youtube( no I'm not kidding lol) but decided against it. There was another company whose website had way too many grammar errors to be real.

I think the obly way for glutathione to work is if it is injected otherwise you might as well take sugar pills
