First topic message reminder :

My skin used to have pigmentation marks, now they have diminished over time after I apply DR Secret skin care. It is very good, but need to apply daily. If you are not lazy, skin care is better than any laser removal.

Anyone heard of it?

Personally, I always make sure that I'll have enough sleep at night because lack of sleep causes breakouts and dryness of the skin. I also drink lots of water, balance diet and exercise regularly. Because the best way to look and feel young is to take care of our skin inside and out. And just recently I came across a Vitamin C serum (my new beauty buddy), Triple Action Vitamin C Serum by VoilaVe. My skin felt instantly softer and the product has a light clean scent. Not only does this serum provide the moisture to keep your skin soft and supple, it also gives your face a nice healthy glow. I've noticed that use of this serum has diminished or lessened the look of fine lines around my eye area. I also use the serum on my neck. I don't think this product has fillers like parabens in it because it didn't clog my pores and cause me to breakout, like the other couple other vita-c serums I tried in the past. I'm happy I finally found a product that works. You can look it up on Amazon.

My experiences says that plenty of sleep, eating fruits and vegetables in your diet keeps your skin problem at bay.

Hello everyone!!As we know that Acne is a skin disease that mostly affects teenagers and sometimes extends till adulthood. My point of view lots of precautions for this problem like:-Stay away from spicy and greasy foods,Always make sure you wash off makeup before going to bed,Avoid exposing face to sunlight,Do not scrub face harder & Do not pick or burst pimples this can push it down and cause pores blockage and scar.I think these cure will help you like:-Wash face with warm water, dab lemon juice on the spot and leave over night, Lemons contain citric acid, which attacks the bacteria that cause acne. avoid exposure to sunlight this treatment is preferable at night only.Read Out @ [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Skin- Use mild soaps like Dove. Use lotion. Don't stay out in the sun for a long time. Pamper your skin with natural beauty fruits like avocado.

hair- Shampoo once a week use conditioner all the time and mix your shampoo with some water. don't blow dry or iron or curl or color.

make up- depends on your clothes and your skin tone. If your really dark don't use bright colors like yellow and red. If your at the middle, use light colors. If your white you can use almost any color.

eyebrows- don't shave just use a twizzer in removing them.

body hair removal... I suggest beeswax peeling or just use laser.

exercise daily eat healthy foods drink lots of water and 2 glasses of milk a day. stay away from junk foods! Chocolates eat them moderately....
