Bio Claire is another lightening product was also tested and found to be contaminated with steroids, yet called "bio vegetal activator" even though it's not listed specifically

Why is Bio Claire still on the market anyways and is still promoted as a natural skin lightener thats what i want to know because i know people whos skin is ruin from it

Honestly, I do not know. As that should have been removed from the market (a long with all of their other branded products). The Manufacturer/Distributer for bio claire is Nouvelle Parfumerie in the Ivory Coast. Possibly one of the main reasons as of why they are still in operation and able to sell many of their products online, passing some of the importation regulations. Although, there are some countries who refuse to allow importation of the Bio Claire products due to the testings were discovered to be adulterated and falsely labeled.
