I have just started using this body oil from Omorovicza on my hair. It makes my hair shiny. I know it's a body oil but I just noticed the hair on my arms look beautiful every time I apply it.

I started using shielo products since I received one last Christmas. I already got great results now. My hair is no longer dry and frizzy like it was before. L'oreal was also good for me but preferred Shielo after trying it out.

Do you keep your hair regularly trimmed? Look at how you also treat your hair. Are you using hot irons and curlers excessively and without adequate protection? The same goes for perms and hair colouring which should not be done too often. What type of hair conditioning treatment are you using? You need to make sure that deep conditioners specifically for this conditon are chosen. Make sure that you use good quality combs and brushes and that you do not overwash the hair. And Protect your hair from excessive heat and cold .

The main cause or reason for hair loss can be genes from both sides of the family, stress, malnutrition or other illness.Omega 3 fatty acids are very beneficial for protection of hair loss as it contain high quality protein source
I have suggested some food for healthy hair . They are as follow:
salmon, Dark green Vegetables, Beans, Nuts,Eggs.

Here are some remedies to improve the dry hair:

Use shampoos that offer a low pH; shampoos that are high in pH's or pH balanced shampoos often lift the cuticle allowing moisture to evaporate.

Regular visits to the salon for trims and cuts.
Avoiding environmental culprits like wind, sun, and water with salt or chlorine will help in eliminating dry hair as well.

Well there are a lot of product out there for us. I use Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil products, I use to use Doo Grow and they products did grow my hair out. Those products are expensive. They do carry these products at beauty supply store, walmart, walgreens.

Hair Care Tips:
1. Apply little or no heat to your hair.
2. Wash and condition it your hair once or twice a week.
3. Don't brush you hair, use a wide tooth comb.
4. If your hair is tangled, use detangler.
5. Wrap your hair up at night with a silk scarf.
6. Relax your hair every 6-8 weeks (if you get perms).
7. MOST IMPORTANTLY! Get you ends clipped every 4-6 weeks or as often your beautician tells you.

HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU!! Very Happy

Try not to use hair dyes, hairdryers, and curling irons as these can aggravate the problem of hair loss, resulting in baldness.
If you have oily hair squirt water at the roots. This does wonders for your hair.
If you like the glossy look, add a few drops of shine serum to water and spray it on to your hair.

Hello everyone! My name is Zaida and I just joined today. Here's a little tip that has made my hair shine and looking healty. Every morning before leaving the shower I give my hair one last rinse with cold water. Another good tip is to add a few drops of olive oil to your conditioner. Leave it one for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse with cold water. Yes cold water is wonderful it locks in moisture. Hope this tip will help. Hope you all will have a wonderful day Smile
