Try out virgin coconut oil i have been using it for hypothyroid..its really excellent in taste....( Note only use virgin coconut oil extracted from coconut milk..i have been using MeritVCO extra virgin coconut oil.

You would just be losing water weight...that is all. HOWEVER, drinking lots of water throughout the whole day will keep you from mistaking thirst for hunger. Many people eat becuase they think they are hungry, but they are just thirsty. SO I guess you could lose weight if you drank some water when you feel hungry to see if that is the culprit!

My friend lost a lot of weight follwing a low carb and high protein diet. I do not think it is recommended for a long time but can be useful if you want a quick boost and then go onto continue and maintain by following a more balanced diet

yes a bit like the Atkins diet. Not sure how healthy all that meat from the protein was but it does work. Hard as it is, people need to balance what they eat with how much activity they do.

Find something that you really enjoy doing that you can use as a distraction when you are tempted to over eat or snack.

Quick way is do exercise and avoid from BBQ.
Boil 1 glass water and mix 2 tsp lemon juice and drink daily.
You feel the difference in few days.

I have read this once before that one of the benefits of virgin coconut oil is that it helps loss weight. Thank you for sharing this info.
