I have tried Ambi and to me I found it to be very mild. To fade some minor spots though it should work if used for a while.

Do you have any other suggestions? I am still going to try the ambi as it is cheap and I have seen some other reviews on youtube that seem good. I just want something that will help the look of these marks on my face.

Well let us know how you get on with it. It isn't something I have tried myself. I think I saw you mention that you plan buying some Retin A and you will find that this will help with fading the marks as well. Make sure not to purchase anything above 0.05% initially as the Retin A can be pretty strong stuff.

I've used Ambi before and have found that it does work but it takes time. As someone else said the results are mild. I have since started to use HQ 4% and it works way faster than Ambi (since it has a higher % of HQ). If you you have oily skin like me then I recommend using Ambi for oily skin. I found my skin absorbed it better and it did not clog pores.

Good luck with your regimen!

Thanks. I decided to try it after seeing some reviews about it. I am trying so hard to get rid of these marks. I haven't received it yet and have started with the retin A in the meantime. I don't have oily skin and only got the spots because of something I was using. I may try the hq you mentiond but still haven't made up my mind. What sort of results have you seen then?

Hi,
yes! i have hyper pigmentation.I used AMBI and the spot i had is now gone!I love this product and recommend it to everyone that i can.I used it as directed and the spot has been gone since it left the first time.If you do use it, and in the summer wear tank tops, make sure to put sunscreen on the spot that you treated, this is recommenced by the company. But yes, definitely give it a try, you will not regret it, it also smells kinda good!! Smile

Hi Kim!

I think, for me at least, Ambi seemed to work best on new or fresh dark spots - meaning marks only a few weeks old. That doesn't mean it won't work on old marks though, because it does, but very slowly. For example, I have s few small scars on my hand from my cat biting me and because it is old (from last year) Ambi only seems to make it less pronounced, sort of blurry looking and slightly lighter. It looks faded. I will need HQ 4% to see it disappear at this point.

I was hoping that if I use it alongside the retin A that it will really help with the fading. I am experiencing some slight peeling now with the retin A and I have been told that it helps for the fading products to get more absorbed.I saw your post about the promotional code. wish I could use it but have spent way more than I had expected. It's a pity it's only for 2 days.
