My moto is eveything in moderation & may be if you are using something a few times a week as oppposed to morning & night then the effects may not be as bad. & defo don't be slathering yourslf in it. I have seen some people in the carribean who will put on a thick layer of cream & then walk around with it thinking it will work better. A lot of lotions say apply a thin layer & many ignore it anyway
