Does anyone know the best dosage to take for MSM? I have decided to take it whilst I am waiting for my ADC order

I know that you have to start off slowly and gradually build up the amount gradually as there can sometimes be symtoms associated with using very high quantities straight away. You may find the link below useful. I would also add vitamin C and N-acetyl cysteine to your regime to boost the levels of glutathione in your body which is what I believe you are trying to achieve

Thanks for the link GOTHQUEEN. I decided to start of at 3000 with 1000 vitamin C. I will look into the other supplement you mentioned. Thanks again. Very interesting information

Your welcome. Let us know how you get on. And remember to increase gradually. I know from experience that when I used it at too high a dose too quickly it did upset my stomach. I am not sure how much "lightening" can be achieved but I do think it seems to brighten my complexion. And along with all the added health benefits, I am happy to continue on. It is just about remembering to take it sometimes
