Well almost a month later and this latisha stuff has arrived. Now I am disappointed to the packaging. I know that you cannot always say fanncy packaging equals a product that is going to work but the price would surely warrant something a bit better than a plastic tube, which was open when I got it by the way. Will try and upload some pics so you can see what I mean.


Directions are that it should be used at night & then removed in the morning. It is also to be refrigerated which mean another product that I will have to disguise in case someone spots it. Hopefully it will work & I can recommend it to Vybz LOL

Do you see what I mean about it looking kind of cheap looking. & the label isn't even stuck on properly. Oh well let's hope it does something

Yeah I hope it works too. I see what you are talking about. I know it does not need to be in fancy packaging but that looks like something even I could put together. lol

I recently purchased this product also, I've been waiting to finish up with my Se Quiiso by F&F before I start with this.

I have the same named product, waited a month also as it's from the Phils., but my packaging is totally different without instruction nor ingredients. I't just a tiny little jar I bought from the Latisha website. I think I'll chuck it, probably a scam

Seems like this is a new package set up because someone else was querying why their's did not match the website. It does look a bit home made like someone making it in the back of the house. I suppose time will tell whether it actually works.

Well I emailed the company because I did not understand why what I received looked nothing like the website. Also the directions said to shake the bottle before application but I could not understand this because the cream is stiff & so does not move when shaken. I am waiting for a response so will let you know what they say if they get back to me.


As for lightening, I would say I have seen a bit of evening but nothing major but it has only been a couple of days. will keep updating

I wonder why they are sending out all these different containers. Hope it is ok.

Maybe they got feedback that the packaging needed changing for what ever reason. I think It was Kim who mentioned problems with getting product out of her obagi container and maybe if Obagi got feedback from people like her they would consider an alternative that did not have this problem. I cannot think of any other reason why Latisha would suddenly change. Anyway hope it works. It sounds like a load of money for a little product

Good day! The clear bottle is our new packaging. We have reports from our customers outside our country that when the jar (old packaging) arrived to them, it had leaks. So we decided on changing it to a spill-proof container instead. It's really supposed to have a creamy consistency, you just need to tap or roll it just for the cream to be mixed a bit. Besides the poor packaging, at least you know why you got something different to what you were expecting. I know it is very early but what are your results so far?

rainbow it is good that at least they got back to you. A lot of these companies sell you something and then are quite happy to ignore your questions later. Hopefully that is a good sign that they are commited to good customer service and providing productss that are effective. I can't wait to see if it works

Yes I felt better that they had responded because I am only too aware of companies that do not reply to queries. As far as lightening I would not say that anything big has happened but it is very early days so will see what happens

well as it is only a little over a week then I would assume it is a bit early as well. I know it is an entirely different product but obagi took me a t least several weeks before I saw any change which would make sense in terms of the skin renewing itself about every 28 days though the tretinoin should speed that up. I hope it does something because for that price and for what you got it should surely do something

I agree if it were any quicker then there may be concern that there was something suspect in it. I know on other sites that some have stated results in a few days but that could be also down to the tretinoin exfoliating the upper layers revealing brighter looing skin. Have you witnessed any peeling ?

Now this is what I dont understand. Some people have said they see peeling quite quickly but I have seen nada. Makes me think even more that this is home made & is made up in batches of varying strengths. Dont get me wrong I know that my results will not be the same as the next person but there seems to be a lot of disparities. One person said their latisha was a liquidy consistency whereas mine is very stiff like a cream, which makes me think again about when the instructions said to shake it & I could not understand why that would be so when it does not move

It does sound a bit strange and like you are implying, a bit amateurish if they are mixing up all sorts and dispatching different concoctions. From your results and what the others have said, it sounds like you may have the weaker version. This is why I prefer to deal with particular companies. The website comes across quite professional but the product does not seem to match. I still hope it eventually starts to work.

Me too! I had a list of future purchases and this was one of them. I suppose at least I will know whether to get it or save my money

Well I hope I hope I don't have the weaker version. That would just suck after paying so much for a tiny bottle. So far I think there has been a tiny bit of progress but nothing major. No peeling & no pink/red. Maybe the pinkness & redness is not so much of a bad thing. Like I said before I am a guy and I dont want people thinking I am putting something on my lips LOL

ok well at least you are seeing something even if the progress is going very slow.

Just thought it would be a bit more . Oh well still loads of the product left so will persevere & see what comes of it.

So me thinks I am seeing a touch of progress. My lips definitely look less dark. I was going to try & take a pic to see if you could see the difference but camera is broke. I am just glad that I did not waste my money because it looks like it is doing the job but really really slowly lol
