May I ask whether anyone here has ever tried capuacu butter, and if not, I can highly recommend it from my own experience. I have found the raw, unprocessed capuacu butter to have a scent that rivals vanilla, and a texture that is superior to that of coconut oil or cocoa butter. I was however not as pleased with the processed capuacu butter, as not only did it lack that lovely, natural scent, but it seems likely that the natural antioxidants could have been affected by the processing also.
