Hello everyone,
I found this forum while looking for a good body lightener . I am dark as Kelly Rowland and I am looking to lighten about 2 shades. I don't wanna use Hydroquinone or mercury and was wondering if there are any natural creams/lotions that you've used in the past or know of that can lighten the body. Please let me know.Thank you
Zara

zara, that sounds like my sisters name ziara. any way it's nice to have you here and i hope you enjoy our presents as well as we are enjoying yours.

as for natural lighteners, i personally find them to be the safest but the lest effective, most involve ingredients like lemon juice, cucumbers, Yogurt, Olive oils, milk and yogurts

i don't know if alpha arbutin and kojic acid is natural but those are some lightening ingredients that are safe and with the help of peels, sunscreen and maybe ret-a sould be able to lead you to your desired shade Very Happy have fun

Hello,
I like the name Ziara, it's cute. I am open to kojic acid and alpha arbutin. Do you know good products with those? You said they're safest but also least effective, does it mean that HQ/RA is the way with the best results? Thank you

ra/hq is a way to go, i'm using mq/ra. mq seams to be safer than hq and is also more effective.
as for kojic and alpha-a, i have never used it but the most effective creams seem to be mq/ra, hq/ra and makari/ra

makari/ra can really really lighten you

mq/ra has the potential to depig the skin and lighten it as well
hq/ra, i'm not really sure but i'm sure if your %hq is good 2 shades should be easy enough

what is mq? u said it could depigment you, but that's not what im looking for. I only wanna lighten about 2 shades. Im afraid that hq/ra will make me too light.... any thoughts? thanks

mq is mequinol, when mixed with ra you can do extreme lighten without depigmentation.

hq/ra won't make you to light unless you want it to, after you reach your shade all you have to do is maintain the results, so you can keep using it but just less like 2X a week, or you can even use something weaker and safer to maintain what you got from hq/ra, good luck and happy lightening
