Being hairy and showing it is definitely not an option when speaking about women. Even some men want to get hair removal – think at body builders: their fans want to see muscles, lines, edges, not bunches of curly hair growing all over. There are many methods of hair removal, such as shaving, waxing, use of depilatory creams, epilators, lasers or electrolysis.

well nair is pretty good for the legs but I myself use this micro brush thing. It slips right onto your finger and it has some sort of crystals or some such thing I forget the name but its a pink thing that slips onto the finger lol.
the only permanent hair remover is electrolysis I think

The micro brush I have been considering getting. I used to use nair because it works really well, but it just stinks soo bad and the stink lingers for a long time. Similar to a smell of rotten eggs, even their newer versions I can not adjust to.

Alizee love,

I have not heard of this micro brush method. Do you have a link to it?

I am generally not very hairy and have never shaved my legs . but I have tried something, but for the life of me I cannot remember the name of it. It is basically a card paper that is a bit like a gentle sandpaper !!! LOL And basically you use circular motions backwards and forwards to remove the hair and exfoliate the skin. I have not seen it when I have been out and about recently but it really works nicely and the skin feels ever so soft after. I used it on my bikin line and it did seem to help with the ingrown hair poblem, I sometimes get.

I have promised myself , when I have managed to stop spending so much on lightening and beauty products, that I will definitely get this area lasered, along with my underarms Then I can forget about it once and for all.

You know the more I think about it, the less I can remember. I can picture it and the name is on the tip of my tongue but I can't remember. Maybe micro bursh was the wrong way to describe it, the pads you mentiond sound similar

I'm unsure if we are referring the same thing or something similar. But heres how it looks, looks similar to a small brush or comb.

And mine, as I said, looks just like a small square piece of card paper that you put your hands through to do the manual hair removal.

If you're like me and have fine hair then yup it should work just fine and it feels really smooth when doing it; it costs like ten bucks so it won't break your wallet

Really nice, thanks. How long does it last when using it on your legs?

Well for myself I only had to use it twice a month at the most but generally it was once every three weeks give or take a day or two

Once every 3 weeks sounds great. It seem as though, it help reduce the timing of hair growth as well?

hello guest, as a guy i have used hair removing creams during track in high school, it's not perminate but it sure gets the job done fast and last real long, but i always worried about the chemicals in it so never used it on my face and i'm not worried about getting wrinkles on my legs.

what have you used

I'm not really sure lol. It does get rid of the hair and I don't get ingrown hairs when it regrows.

This could also be because I have fine hair but it leaves my skin smooth

I mostly use hair removal cremes, I agree they get the job done and then just rinse and go. I'm considering trying the waxing method but it looks too painful. Shaving inflames my skin, even if I do apply a moisturizer.

I have waxed gg and there is a certain brand that comes in a green cream and it doesn't hurt when I pull it off

Really........even for sensitive areas?? You must find out the brand and let us know. Though I have never had to shave my legs, it would be nice to be able to wax my underarms and other areas with no problems.

Sure I will try and look for it, you can heat it in the microwave and use the same strip over and over again. I didn't feel pain but I did feel the hair being removed.
