For anyone currently using these 2 from All Day Chemist, can you tell me what your experiences were, or have heard, or if your currently using them can you give me thoughts on this?

I am not sure how often you were washing your face, but I have found that even when I was using the 0.025% once a day, at night, that this was more than enough and any more than that would have really irritated my skin. Once a day application of Retin A, at night, is really all that is needed . And for some, using it every other day or every few days also is suitable, especially if you have sensitive skin. I would not recommend to anyone, more than once a day application unless you have been using it for sometime and with no adverse reaction.

Also I would suggest that you allow your skin about 20 minutes to half an hour to completely dry and return to it's normal PH before applying the Retin A. This may also help avoid causing irritation.

I am sure that you will get back to where you started soon. Please do keep us updated.

I think the RA/HQ work perfect, but i got better results on my face, meybe if would of continue to use it on my body for longer maybe i would of get better results, but my face is really clean, well the pimples mark they kind of fade it a little but not too much, ive been using the ra/hq for over a month now, let see if make my pimple scars disapear later

Second, Indigo you might be one of those people who simply can't use hq, you might be allegic to it and if you keep using it, it might damage your skin beyond repair.

Third, I was going to combin the hq and ret a in the palm of my hands and then apply it every night. That sounds good right?

And about viagra maharani, it was first developed as some sort off heart drug so maybe they're woried about that? Lol

Adapalene or differin is a retinoid like Retin A, but milder. You still see the benefits but with less peeeling, so it is an alternative if you want to avoid this. I believe that ADC also stock this. Will check for you.

It is fine to combine the HQ/RA in your hands before application. Just remember to only use a pea sized amount of retin A. It is very easy to overdo it and apply too much.

I did already buy ret a 0.05% and I actually plan on using the hq once at night after a shower and the hq+ ret a every other night until I get used to the peeling.

No thanks on the viagra, maybe you should forward them to retirement homes; those places have never been more alive lol.

It was discoverd during clinical trials, I belive, and so they decided to market it as a performance enhancer lol. What sucks is here in the states viagra is coverd by most medical insurance providers but they will not, or don't always, cover reconstructive surgery for breast cancer survivers

Lol no. Our bodies don't work that way but, there is a viagra like pill for women that they're making.

With women it is more of a state of mind that causes us to lose our sexual drive more so then a biological thing as it is with men.

Hello, I am new to this site, and will be new to using HQ 4% and Retin-A in combination. Over time, I've heard really good things about these products when using them together. I've read through this entire thread, but didn't exactly hear any inspirational stories as far as lightening goes.

hello Dominicana, it's nice to have you here. i'm using mq/ra, and the peeling from ra made me a bit darker because the % was to large. but if you get a low % of ra it should work nicely, i'm not using hq but mq and that takes longer and i'm seeing results already because it's mixed with ra, it seems to make other creams work better and allow better absorption,

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Many of our members have had succcess with the ret a and hq combo but it does differe from person to person for the simple fact, we all jave different skin types.
The ret a helps to peel and reveal the new lighter skin underneath but be careful or you may overexfoliate and make your skin raw

Oh thanks a lot for that. So what you're saying is, with retin a, which lightening cream used has a better penetration?
But, I guess I wasn't clear on why you don't use HQ again? You said the process is slower?

I'm sorry, I know that may not have been clear. What I'm getting from this is that, Retin A helps for better penetration of whichever creams you use. It doesn't help you lighten alone. I think I've got it now. Thanks a lot all. I will update you, I just received mine now.
I bout 4 tubes of 0.05%; 1 tube of 0.01% and 3 tibes of 0.025%. I will start with my 0.025% and then move to the 0.05%, and by then I should be ready for the 0.01%. I will use this every other night.

i use mq instead of hq because with mq you can obtain more extreme lightening then hq down side is that it takes longer

Just a reminder in case you are not aware, please do make sure that you are only using a pea sized amount of Retin A, for example, for the face, as it is very easy to overdo it and cause problems. Retin A is strong stuff and can easily irritate the skin. And for some, the retin a causes purging where the skin can look bad for a while as all the impurities deep in the skin get exfoliated to the surface, so you may experience breakouts where you have not had any before, on top of skin peeling, which happens for some. I am sure you may already be aware of all of this but just in case you are not. A lot of people give up thinking that their skin is not agreeing with the products. If you find your skin is getting overly irritated, you can cut back on the number of applications so, using it every other day or so. Again best of luck.

Oh and one more thing, again , in case you have not got any already, a good sunblock is essential once you start you regime.

Oh, I see. You're saying MQ gives you more extreme lightening, but it takes a bit longer. Perhpas that's because it may last longer as well, like it may be permanant What does MQ stand for? Is that the stuff that depigs your skin color?
