First topic message reminder :

I want to make sure I am doing this right. MY retin A arrived and I want to use it on some marks left by spots. I want to know should I apply it just on the marks or on the whole face. The ambi I am waiting to receive says just on the marks but I would like to now if it is the same for the retin A. I know I probably should have asked this before.

Well havent had any breakouts from the fair flawless thank good ness but have not started using the retin A. My skin has been a little dry. I don't know if it is down to the 5 x f or the change n the weather and things like central heating. I think the retin A will dry my skin out even more

yogi,

If your skin is feeling dry, try applying a bland moisturiser to alleviate it, say an hour or so after your F & F . Something like E45, eucerin, aveeno, simple, even astral should help

Thanks for the suggestion Maharan. Still not used it yet but will bear this in mind. May use the lotions anyway as skin is feeling a bit dry

Your welcome. Try it. It should really help especially as the weather has changed.

People need to remember to maintain a good fluid intake which will also help with skin moisture levels.

It can be a chore. I try and fill a big bottle and make sure I finish it before the end of the day

Good idea as that way you can actually see what you are taking in.
