Thank you very much for your welcome.
A very humble request is that consider my research and my cosmetic as well as my procedure as genuine and consider it to work as I say it does.
Simply because it works and because I am a good scientist. honest man and a very good doctor.
I started my medical practice and research in vitiligo or leucoderma in 1976.
My results at that time were better than any other researcher or dermatologist.
During that research and the treatments of more than 1000 patients I learn many aspects of melanin formation as well as melanin disintegration from melanin producing cells.
Though it is not mentioned in the books, there are two types of melanin one is permanent and one is temporary.
Permanent melanin is produced at a constant speed to replace any of the melanin and the basic level is well maintained. The temporary melanin is unstable and is produced after prolong exposure of sunlight or harsh lights. This melanin can be removed with fairness creams. If one avoids sunlight and other causative factors, or protects the skin with sunscreen lotion then the lower level of melanin is maintained.
In India we can study fairness and darkness of the skin as also the temporary processes. We have all the levels of skin tones in India, all types of weather and all levels of sunlight. India therefore is the proper place to develop and research most proper skin-lightening product.
In India most of the schools remain closed for more than 2 months for summer holiday after one-year term. The students usually spend time playing and in other activities exposed to very harsh sunlight. Next term when the students return to school 99% of them are darker in shade. The fairer ones are less dark. The darker and wheat colored ones are comparatively many times more dark.
After a few days student’s skin color starts lightening. The fair ones get to their normal shade in few days but it takes longer than month for the dark students to get to normal. In India students of school don’t usually use any cosmetics or sunscreens.
The darkening of skin also takes place because of friction. Indian women usually have very dark color on the neck with constant use of ornament (mangalsutra). Women also have dark area under the breasts due to wearing ill fitted brassieres. They have dark and thickened area in the inner thigh due to friction while walking. Most of the women also have very dark and thickened skin under the buttocks.
There are many women with very dark area encircling the waist due to too tight fastening of Saree and under cloths.
The color of skin depends on many factors. The main is melanin. Melanin is produced in the melanocytes, the melanin producing cells, and then injected into the surrounding cells. The production of the melanin is increased or decreased according to the level of the protection required by the skin and the inner organs. Melanin is produced to mainly protect the skin and the inner structure of the body.
The number of the melanocytes is decided and is present in skin before the birth of a child. This number is decided according to the skin types of parents, the heredity of both parents, and mainly depends upon the strength of skin and inner organs.
The level of melanin is then decided according to the sunlight and UV exposure of the place of dwelling. The level varies every minute and another basic level of constant production and maintenance of level is decided for day-to-day life of the person. This may be called as his or her normal color.
There are thus three levels of skin color childhood, normal and temporary (increased or decreased) color.
Here is how (I think) we can reduce the melanin and reduce the need for the body to produce melanin.
You should use good quality and proper strength of sunscreen product. It should be applied 4 times if you are in India. When you wake up in the morning, after morning bath, at about 2 PM, at 6 PM for good protection. Remember that the light in the home may not be direct sunbeam; also contains lot of UV rays. The light from clear glass pannels of windows contains relatively more UV. The tube light we usually use in home generates UV light. The color TV and computer monitors also produce UV.
Remember it takes a long time for the body to understand and gauge the protection you are providing by properly applying sunscreen product. Once ‘the intelligent governing mechanism of the skin protection process’ is convinced of proper additional protection then only it will reduce the melanin production.
You should avoid all types of friction on the skin.
You should avoid sadness, stress, and mental tension. These mental stresses affect the wellness of the inner delicate organs adversely and increase the need for additional melanin.
You should make affords to strengthen the delicate structure of skin and tone up the inner organs to reduce the need of protection.
This will slowly and surely lightens the skin and maintain the high degree of fairness forever.
With my product and procedure I achieve these effects.
My product contains all natural herbal and food ingredients. We can eat it.
This ingredient mixture is then mixed with any good quality face massage cream.
This cream is applied on face. Very low strength galvanic applicators are moved over the skin for not more than 1 minute. Then face is scrubbed with apricot scrub for half minute.
You can then wash your face with plain water to revel fairer and younger face.
There is effect of skin lightening, face-lift, skin tightening, smoothening and softening.
As the face becomes younger, tighter and stronger; the need for extra melanin is reduced.
The effect is permanent if we protect face with shield or sunscreen product.
Any comment, suggestion, guidance is most welcome.
This is just to provide information of my research. My product and procedure is not in shops for sale.

Hello all,

firstly thank you for creating such an informative website. I am from london and would like to know a place besides adc where i can purchase hq/ra? i used the high strength retinol from skinceuticals and my skin did peel but i think i need a higher strength hq. so far there has been no change, its been well over 4 months now.

what products mentioned in the recommended list are stronger than hq 4?? I'm beyonce's original colour btw. trying to achieve that halle berry skin tone Smile

Hi terracotta,

welcome to the board. I am from the Uk too !!! Is there a a reason why you do not want to try the retin a from adc? Have you tried it before? I get mine from there as well as from reliable rx which basically sends it from the same place but at a cheaper shipping rate. I have not tried retin a from anywhere else so cannot compare. I am in touch with someone on line who says that the hq from adc and reliable is not as effective as the type you would get form a dermatolgist but again I have not tried that to compare. Some seem to have success with it and I read that some do not seem to see much of a diiference but have better results with something like nadinola which is only 3%. I am cuurrently just starting obagi which did cost me a fair bit but I am sure there has been some lightening already. I guess you get what you pay for.

I must stress the importance of sunblock and sun avoidance in order to keep up your results. hq ad ra and SUN do not agree and = darkening. Also I understand that it is generally advised that 4% is all that is needed for lightening and anything more is mot really necessary. You sound like you are fairly light already so do not need a really aggressive approach like somone who may be super dark.

I agree with what Kim has said and also have noticed that the results do not seem that consistent with adc hq. I know that everyone's skin can react differently to any product but I am wondering whether there is in fact 4% hq in it. Unfortuantely as I do not have testing facilities I am not able to confirm this or not. I also think that any more than 4% HQ is not needed. Yes there are people who have used it a higher percentage but this begins to be hard to maintain and should not be used for long periods anyway.

The other problem you may have as you live in the uk is that most places that sell RA require a prescription so unless you have an understanding doctor you may find it difficult and even then some places charge a lot for it as well. I have never had any problem with RA from adc and it has successfuly peeled my skin and helped me achieve results.

You have both got me thinking now about the adc hq. I was not expecting anything dramatic like I saw with F & F but I would have thought that I would have lightened more by now. I think there has been some improvement but nothing to go crazy about unfortunately. I may give it a month or so and then see if I need to move onto something else.
